Please help us to continue building a quality program.

Youth and Adult League Recreational Team Sponsorship Levels:

• 1 to 2 Teams = $250 per team
• 3 to 5 Teams  = $225 per team
• 6+ teams = $200 per team ($50 discount per team)

Recreational Team Sponsorship Benefits:

• Sponsor name and logo on the front of all team jerseys used on schedule and in communications
• Team photo plaque is provided to each sponsor (U4-U14 Youth League Only)
• Sponsor name listed on our website

You will need the following information to complete the online sponsor form:

• Contact information
• Company name
• Player's name (if you are sponsoring a specific player's team)
• Digital artwork file of logo to upload (you can also email it to president@fondysoccer.com)
• Online payment can be made through our secure site. To make an online payment, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discovery or Paypal account information available.
  You may also choose to submit payment offline via check.
